WTH ?? How about a light bulb a volt meter and an amp clamp? Heck, if it is enough of a short/drain to flatten 2 batteries in a short period then even a thermal camera would might find it pretty quick.
Also has anyone put an oscilloscope on the networks ? When I read this at the beginning:

my first though was a network issue, probably on the MS network. I don't have a WD for the vehicle as we don't have the V10 over here, if the DLC is direct to the gateway then will need to look at networks behind it. Also somewhere it was mentioned that CAN L was 2.12 v which is possibly indicating a corrupted network. It looks like the vehicle uses both CAN and K line for diag. Has anyone put an ohm meter on 6+14 at the DLC to check for network integrity?

Having said that, from the timeline it would appear that as its was NCNS (No Crank No Start) and it is now CNS then the original issue has been solved and now there is something that has been introduced along the way that is the problem.

I would look for someone with non brand specific good diagnostic skills rather than an VW Engineer as it seems you have had a few of those! I'd love to help but a bit far away!

When Jack was helping me after i installed his refurbished/recoded ECMs, the engine was still a no start/ no crank. Then thru the VCDS he had me make an adjustment and the engine started cranking but never started. The battery drain still remains, as it was from the very beginning. Currently have it at Eurowise (CLT). If they can't fix it I don't who can.

Currently vehicle is at EUROWISE here in CLT. They're doing standard troublshooting to get uptodate. New batteries were replaced under warranty. Parasitic drain is prevented when fuse 23 is removed. They have troubleshooting time alloted for some time this week. Below is the last scan. thanks for your interest.

There's a shared ground by the ECMs which when there's an issue with it, the injectors won't fire.... can you check to make sure that's good?
