2013 vw t5.1 cruise control fault

Hi everyone

I’ve got a fault with the ccs system on my 2.0 t5.1,

the switch on the stalk Used to display the cruise option on the cluster it no longer does, I’ve only got advanced measuring blocks in VCDS

when testing ccs system IDE00356 it’s value is 8 with clutch pedal in goes to 12 and with brake pedal in goes to 15 with just brake pedal goes to 11, it says switch position 0-7 in bits I’m I right in assuming the clutch switch is high in value ?

also where can I test the stalk on off switch in advanced blocks?

Have you tried 09-Central electrics, advanced measurements , group 4?

That is not used anymore, when there is Long Coding.
Old version with short Coding CCS is activated with 11-Coding-II and newer is activated with Long Coding.

it's byte 5 bit 5 on most modern ECU's of the PQ era. byte 17 bit 7 of the bcm in PQ25.
you can have a look at advanced measurement values of the BCM, search for 'crui' and check all the four values. this way you can test the reception of signals for the bcm
