Not as a complete tool, no. You may be able to use the OBDII generic functions on the Mercedes but as you did not mention model year, can't be sure of that either. If after 2008, then for sure the OBDII functions will be compatible.

You will not see full access to all systems in the Mercedes with a VAG tool.
