find those two wires on harness, check each wire at each side and test for continuity?

Yes and if they have continuity to each other or ground.....& only when modules are isolated as being unplugged.

If they tone to each other, ground or any other track in the plugs when isolated ......you have a short.

If you get nothing from one end to the other you have an open..........

theres a couple fuses and relays in the box beside ecu in engine bay, ive tried searching, anyone know what they are for?

edit: this code returns all the time once engine has been started

Yup........... see the module that is NA in field 4.............?

Do this in all modules cross checking the CAN communications.

some have no communication with controler.. are you confident that its a wiring problem and not the module?

and these:

i just unpluged the harness and replaced the parts and plugeng in harness again, all pins are ok,

to be honest am not sure where to check the continuity at the other side of plug

also i did hit the recode button inbetween module changes

Recoding a module doesn't establish CAN network communications...........unless it's the module that is actually bad.

the module was working before, it did sit outside for 24 hours before it was refitted.. considering trying another module

someone mentioned touching both battery terminals together and leaving for 30 mins, that would only do the same job as vcds clearing codes right, nothing different

I think testing & running a two wire twisted pair is warranted before changing a module.
This only takes a few minutes and time verse this cost.
Personally I dont think you needed a module in the first place & this is most likely a wiring problem or cluster gateway issue.

The cluster/gateway.......... and isolate using the WD or run bypass to test.

Time to get one and RTFB..........This would be the first important step in trying to fix the car.

No excuses now......
