Is it possible to get into the headlight alignment setting using hex-net, vcds mobile and vcds cloud? If yes, could you describe the steps please? Thanks.

It should be possible, but without seeing the details of your Headlight Range Controller, I'm not going to attempt to describe the steps.
In other words, please post an Auto-Scan so we can what module runs your headlights.
