Hi, i have a 2009 Passat 2.0 CR TDI (CBAB) 140 with a low boost issue. Serviced the car last week replacing all filters. After driving 400 miles over a few days, glow plug light and engine fault showing on dash. Straight into limp mode, reduced power etc. Switch off/on and some power was restored but still low. Scanned with VCDS and threw up the code as below.

Had a quick look at the vacuum pipes etc but as i was away for the weekend couldnt do much. Driving home the light came on a few times and went into limp mode. Switched off and on again and some power was restored, still low on power but driveable. Doesnt seem to be any boost down low but up the rev range around 2500, it definitely seems to pull well. Seen lots of posts about the actuator issues. Thinking it might be this. Today when i got in the car, the brake pedal was hard after i started up to release e brake. The pedal feel was restored after a few seconds. This would mean i probably have a vacuum leak. I cant hear anything obvious again making me think its the actuator. I have ordered a vacuum tester and will see if it holds when i get it.
I have also graphed actual boost against specified boost and it appears to be well short. This i think indicates its not a map sensor?
Code came up again this morning but now says intermittent.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
