My 2013 Audi A8L has been throwing DTCs for engine too rich and too lean. I can't believe that all 4 of the oxygen sensors are bad. What else could it be? I have erased the codes 3 times and they always return within about a hundred miles or so. I'm very confused by all these codes. Any suggestions about where to look for other possible solutions?? I have searched, and cannot find any similar faults.

I'll check, though I dont think so... Exhaust leak location -- would it be between the 2 sensors? Or before the 1st sensor? Or after the 2nd sensor?

I'm not familiar enough with the exhaust system in that car to say much, sorry.

Also, "exhaust leak" is at best a guess. But given that this car is almost 10 years old, has 140,000 miles on it, and appears live in area where corrosive road treatments are likely in common use, I think it's worth having a look. Let the engine idle. Get an assistant to plug the outlets with rags to create some back pressure. Of course this is best done with the car on a lift...

I have a couple of Allroad 4.2's.
Last month one had these codes come up after a few weeks of low performance and slightly worse fuel consumption.
May not be totally same as your problem and unfortunately changed laptops so do not have any full scans anymore only this photo but it is the only error that was present.
Long story short after a long investigation easy stuff first ie: spark/fuel/compression and luckily having a second allroad swapping parts between the two with no changes the last thing left was exhaust system. Mine is different to yours as was only one bank.
Problem turned out to be a failed front catalytic converter which clogged the second converter.
Upon removal after boroscoping it there was virtually nothing remaining of the front converter except a couple of biggish lumps.
Might pay to check your exhaust system could be you have several catalyst failures. Cheers V1

Thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately my situation is that the post cat sensors are too lean. Like the cats are working too well?!

Or is it that the post cat sensors are shot, and reading too lean, making the computer compensate and send too rich mixture thru the engine?

And I'm not sure what this means:

O2 sens. dwnstrm. of cat. bank 2: gradient transf. rich -> lean: 0.11 s
O2 sens. dwnstrm. of cat. bank 2: gradient transf. lean -> rich: 0.15 s
O2 sens.dwnstrm. of cat. bank 2: delay time transf.rich -> lean: 0.00 s
O2 sen dwnstrm. of cat. bank 2: delay time transf. lean -> rich: 0.00 s

gradient transfer 0.15 s? Delay time 0.00 s ?

Hoping someone can shed some light on this...

I'm no expert on injection but what i was told is the pre cat the 1st O2 sensor is mostly mixture control for the engine and the 2nd post cat monitors the efficiency of the catalysts.
Unusual for both banks to have no2 O2 sensors go at once. Is the exhaust each side separate or does your A8 have a crossover joining the two pipes as that could be a possibility.
Might have to buy one sensor and see it that corrects the issue. If not you have a spare. I have done this with one of my Allroads.
Have you owned the car long? A previous owner has not installed high flow cats have they as that can be a problem if they have not tuned the car for the high flow cats.
Few things to consider.

Found the TSB. The downstream O2s are actually under warranty for 120K miles. Thanks for the heads up!

As per OP's vin. The vehicle does not have the extension. Also if it did it expired December 18th of 2022. I need a vin to see if your vehicle qualifies. its 10years or 120k miles whichever is first if it has the extension.
