What is minimum limit about actual boost pressure at idle?

Indeed... at idle, there is no boost generated, so you should see whatever atmospheric pressure is, about 1000 mbar. No fault codes in the ECM, readiness is all set.... is there some issue you are trying to sort out?

Yes i want solve my problem with a car.
When engine off i see 940 mbar actual boost pressure.
When engine running 940 mbar actual boost pressure.
Shouldn't it be 980,990 or 1010mbar ?
Pcv valve can cause for low actual boost or low intake pressure?

When engine off i see 940 mbar actual boost pressure.

940 mbar is not very close to atmospheric pressure.

When the engine is off it's measuring atmospheric pressure at your location - which if you are not at sea level AND/OR there is a low pressure system at your location will not be 1000mbar.

There is a channel map with the key on, engine off, and another channel map cold start idle. In both of them, scroll down to group 115 and you will see the MAP sensor is reporting 970 / 980 mbar.

Those ECM are newer generation UDS, so search for "IDE00191,Charge air pressure: actual value".

Thus it would seem your car is in good working order.

Thanks for links i will read them.
But the car is not good condition.
When i want to starts or accelerate the car not responce.I would say the opposite is happening-no power,nothing.
The idle is little high-950 rpm.
If i pressed more gas pedal -i hear Pshhhh.I checked turbo roads it's just oiled on my fast connection after intercooler.There have too much oil.
I checked hose and plastic tube after the intercooler-they are in good condition.
In channel 113 the ambient pressure show 855 mbar.

The supercharged clutch engange.I hear a supercharger struggling to boost.I checked supercharger pipes too.
After 3500 rpm the power not improve.
Before 1 mounth i replace supercharger flap,because i thought she is not functional correct.But without result.
The guy who replace the flap do some test on flap and rpm are normalized to 800rpm,specifed boost pressure increase to 430 mbar and intake pressure increase to 380 mbar.But when i pressed gas pedal everything is corrupt

The chain rattle is about 1-1.5 seconds,after that the car is quiet.
The timing chain is new about 9000 km.

What will are you say?The car have no DTC no power,bad idle,little high rpm at idle-these symptoms are for boost leak.And sound pshhh when i press more the gas pedal.
Only on fast connection after intercooler have much much oil when i checked connection.I replaced O-seal for just in case.

Thanks for the further explanation. Some more ideas...

Does it switch between gasoline and CNG and blink the engine light when misfire episodes appear? You can check which cylinders are misfiring from the ECU's measurement blocks (misfire counters). Also on the CNG model, the spark plug change interval of 60000km must not be exceeded and the exact NGK spark plug model must be used. Also the ignition coils can fail.

The car start every time on CNG mode even at - 20 degrees.No blink engine light when have misfire.
The spark plug are NGK iridium on 40000 km.Some times the car misfire but a interrupts only on petrol mode.Number up to 30 and resets.Some times 1 and 4 cylinders,some times 2 and 3 cylinders.Not record fault codes abou misfire.
I have idea-at idle i will disconnect fast connection after the intercooler and i will see whether will record P2279.
And i will check oil cap for jumping for bad pcv valve.
