Hi, Once again we are after some assistance. We have in a 2015 VW Sharan that is displaying "Vehicle will not start in 25 miles unless AD blue is topped up", there are no fault codes stored and the additive tank is full. In live data it shows 80% full and we have tried to reset SCR tank levels which has not rectified the situation.
The vehicle arrived to us after a visit to the dealer who had told the customer that the vehicle required a new DPF. The reason for this is that the DPF internals had been removed prior to the customers recent purchase of the vehicle. We have installed a new DPF and there are now no fault codes stored as per log file attached.
Does anyone have any suggestions as what is required to extinguish the AD blue warning? I am concerned that the vehicle may have been mapped at the time of DPF removal. Would there be a way of finding out if this is the case?
