Today i finally received my VCDS cable, and also my Audi music interface kit, to be installed on my A3 8v.
But obvuisly I have a problem: my radio main unit (8V0035889) does not support the AMI connector.
So, I have decided to buy a different main unit version (8V0035840) that has that connector.
Probably this installation requires a coding. I have the code to install AMI, but I don't know if it is required a code also for the main unit.
My question is: is there a guide or forum user collection, that specify for each byte of the 5F module, at which installation correspond. How i can know which byte I have to change to install that new main unit?
