VW Transporter 7H remote central locking

Hi,

As a newbie I played with different options and this way managed to delete both out of two remote keys for the above vehicle... Central locking with any of the two keys works perfectly but only using the key...

As far as I remember the option was somewhere in Adaptation channel for Centr Elec; tried different methods but with no luck.

How do we program a new remote in this situation?

Adaptation Channel 001 is where they're learned.
However, I don't have an exact procedure handy.

That's what I was trying to do, putting 1,2,01,02,001,0002 and so on as read somewhere that the number of zeros could make a difference. The best I get is the test button active, after which the final value goes back to 0. At no time did I get the save button active.

I only just purchased the vehicle, one of the remotes is brand new and both of them worked fine just a few moments before I deleted them from the memory....

Enter/Save 0, then PRESS remote #1. Repeat procedure with all available remotes.

Wow, that worked!

Thanks Sebastian, both remotes work now as they used to!

Now I don't know if I should start a new thread, the reason I started playing with remotes was that I wanted to enable remotely closing/rotating mirrors... I've seen a t5 2012 with such a function so believe it's do-able...

I did not get my 2014 California to do it, but maybe I didn't find the right setting just yet? :) If it is possible, it's in the door control module coding (slave 1&2 of your #09).
