Are you saying my cable is already registered to another account? or based off the lack of info in my forum registration? The cable is purchased direct from you guys. Unless I've registered in the past when I first got it and dont remember? How can I correct this as this cable has never been resold! lol
I'm saying it's registered to another user; the one we sold it to back in August of 2017.
The fact that you've now changed your name in your forum profile to match his name (which is visible on the About screen in VCDS) is not going to fool us into believing you are him, sorry.

Not trying to fool anyone here. Cable was not resold to anyone. I figure this is because I am using a different email than originally used to confirm purchase? Can you pm me what you need me to do to amend this?

As I read those two posts, it's not about your email address being different, it's about your name being different to the original purchaser.
Reads like someone bought a cable and registered it. Now a different user is trying to register the same cable. I guess whatever reasons are put forward will be nullified by the fact that the cable is already registered.
Actually, it was a direct purchase from Ross-Tech, so it was pre-registered to the original purchaser before it was shipped.
Yes, and claiming to be the original purchaser. However, there are reasons why I simply do not believe it.

Well, the serial number you provided is from a clone/pirate cable and VCDS version 11.11, so I think step #1 would be for you to get a legitimate one VCDS system.

You mean for the forum.. Yes, you membership in the forum was approved. But you have not registered the interface you're using with Ross-Tech and thus you are not a Verified member. Please see the first post in this thread for instructions. You are in category 2).
