I'm afraid I cannot. As far as I can see, you are not the original, registered owner of that system, which would put you in category 3) of the first post of this thread.hello, entered VCDS serial on my account. Could you please verify?

Are you saying my cable is already registered to another account? or based off the lack of info in my forum registration? The cable is purchased direct from you guys. Unless I've registered in the past when I first got it and dont remember? How can I correct this as this cable has never been resold! lolI'm afraid I cannot. I'm saying it's registered to another user; the one we sold it to back in August of 2017.Are you saying my cable is already registered to another account?
Not trying to fool anyone here. Cable was not resold to anyone. I figure this is because I am using a different email than originally used to confirm purchase? Can you pm me what you need me to do to amend this?I'm saying it's registered to another user; the one we sold it to back in August of 2017.
The fact that you've now changed your name in your forum profile to match his name (which is visible on the About screen in VCDS) is not going to fool us into believing you are him, sorry.

As I read those two posts, it's not about your email address being different, it's about your name being different to the original purchaser.I am using a different email than originally used to confirm purchase?
Actually, it was a direct purchase from Ross-Tech, so it was pre-registered to the original purchaser before it was shipped.Reads like someone bought a cable and registered it.
Yes, and claiming to be the original purchaser. However, there are reasons why I simply do not believe it.Now a different user is trying to register the same cable.
Yes, it's possible. No, it won't pair automatically. Please send an e-mail to Sales@Ross-Tech.com with both e-mail addresses and your forum username, and we will take care of it manually.I feel it won't pair automatically...
Well, the serial number you provided is from a clone/pirate cable and VCDS version 11.11, so I think step #1 would be for you to get a legitimate one VCDS system. So what do I need to do? Thanks in advance.
Hello there i have the same problem as JokerSaint also located in Sweden.PM me the serial number from the About screen in VCDS please.
