We don't remove accounts due to inactivity. I can't find an old account for you at all; not in our customer records, nor under either of the other two e-mail addresses we have on file for you (one @icloud.com, the other @blueyonder.co.uk). So I'm not sure what's up with that, but no matter...

Thank you, the blueyonder one is in my keychain but login doesn’t work. All good though, that email address is old now anyway

Only the fact that you joined the forum about 10 days before you hit our customer records by registering your HEX-NET, and you only added your serial number to your profile yesterday. A change in your profile like that does not generate any kind of notification to us, so it needs to brought to our attention, which you've now done, so:

Greetings! ... long time listener, first time caller. I just received confirmation from Ross-Tech that I am now a full registered user of VCDS.

I created my forum account prior to doing this, so if I may request a shiny green stamp of verified status for the forum that would be great -- thank you in advance!

Thanks Uwe, I have since registered my Hex-net device. I am still having challenges accessing the VCDS Mobile Cloud functions. When I try to connect through the only module I can access (Instruments-17) I get a timed out error. When I do an advanced test and ping the server, all I get is the spinning wheel of death (progress bars) continually loading. I have been able to download Parallels on my mac and use VCDS desktop software, but I want to use VCDS mobile and remove Parallels and Windows from my mac as it slows it down and takes up too much memory. Im also having difficulty logging into the Ross-tech Wiki site. Can I recover or reset my password? I was 100% confident both were entered correctly. I saved the details in Chrome so to auto fill but that didn't work. I refreshed the page, cleared the cache and entered what I though were the details manually and still no go. I am not having a good week with technology. Or deliveries, or vehicles, or the weather hahahahaha. Sucks to be me atm.
