Hello. Please help diagnosing a no start.
2011 A4 Quatro 2.0L FL chassis

Did a major engine repair after a chain tensioner failed.
If I spray starting fluid it starts.
using VCDS i was able to turn on HPFP valve, LPFP and all 4 injectors.

Did some scanning on fuel, here's what I have while cranking

No mods to the engine. Stock except for 2 ignition coils.

Just finished rebuilding the head due to bent valves.
Replaced all spark plugs, timing chains, chain guides, and tensioners.

The front of the car is still off so fans, temp sensors etc aren't connected. Hence the errors on the scan.

Parts purchased at genuineaudiparts.com and ecstuning.com

All fuses are checked and none were bad. Although, I dont know if I found all fuse boxes. One in the trunk, one on each side of the dash.

Hmmm is there something you are failing to tell us here?

Is this car modified?

Can you explain to us why your car is failing a readiness monitor bit for EGR valve?

Well sure because It's a serious anomaly to me.
I would like the OP or law enforcement official of the net to default controller clear codes and see if the status of anything changes here.
OP please do this by a mere recode and clearing codes in the engine 0x01 and also in OBD2 mode in 0x33 MODE 4.

Please advise of new scan and if readiness bit changed for EGR and if a pulse wakes up to injectors or N276?

Usually people set stuff to not ready when doing something nefarious, in this case it's just the opposite so to me it matters!

Are we missing power on bus to injectors or N276?

What are ground points status?

I can assure you that the car isn't modified.

Sorry, what do you mean by EGR? Where do I find it on the scan I provided?

There was a whole bunch of codes right at initial scan. The scan I provided above is after I cleared the initial codes after looking over stuff and plugging the things that were not connected and then cranking the engine a few times. However, will clear it again when I get to it.

Meanwhile, can someone please explain these fuel stats to me?
