any text in green hold mouse cursor over , the forum is coded to recognize short form text of commonly use phrases and code it so u can hold cursor over it and a box shows up for info.
to test ignition switch you will need a WD for your specific car, A repair manual( RTFB ) for procedures. and a knowledge how to use DVOM.
with ignition key on does all your lights work? headlamps, interior, signal markers, driving lights, dash cluster, radio?
