Hey guys, I need your help with a DBC 1.8T GTI (ME3.8.2) that was converted to DBW (ME7.5).
I'm currently trying to fix an issue with this car and for that I would need the OBD2 pinout from both "versions", could someone please help me out?
Thanks in advance!

You mean the pinout at the OBD-II connector? Or...?

Thanks for your reply Uwe!
Exactly, I would need to verify that I have the correct pinouts for the ODB2 connector, this is what I got:

Pin1: contact +12v
Pin4: Ground
Pin5: Ground
Pin6: CAN High
Pin7: K-Line
Pin14: CAN Low
Pin16: +12v

I believe that the DBC connector doesn't have the CAN cables but the DBW does.
What I'm not sure about is the Pin15: L-Line, does any of them have it?
Could you please help me with this?
Thanks in advance!

I'm surprised that car has anything at all on Pin 1. Newer cars have +12V (switched "Terminal 15") on Pin 1, but older cars generally don't.

Pin 4 is ground.
Pin 5 may or may not be. Don't count on it.

Pins 6 and 14 will be CAN, but they are not used/needed. They are connected to the instrument cluster, and the instrument cluster is able to connect them to the powertrain CAN in the car, but it doesn't.

Pin 7 is K.

Pin 13 might go to the old ECU. Some M3.8 ECUs were flashable, but only if +12V was applied to a specific pin on the ECU and that went there. This would not be needed with an ME7.

Pin 15 might be L/K2, but won't be needed.

Pin 16 is +12V (unswitched, "Terminal 30"). This is where a scan tool will get power from the car.

All you really need in any Mk.4 car is 4, 7, and 16.

Thank you so much Uwe, that was really helpful!
You've cleared a lot of doubts but now I have another that I believe you'll be able to clarify for me.
It has to do with the Eurodyne Flash program, can I post the doubt here or do you prefer that I send it privately?

I don't know anything about "Eurodyne Flash program" and it's been just about 20 years since Eric and I played around with flashing ECUs, so neither of those options is really appropriate.
