A friend's car I have been looking at with the backup camera not displaying on the radio screen. I tried to log onto the convenience module 6C to check the status but there is no communication with the module. The screen normally says the "camera is unavailable" but there is no message at all on the screen when the car is placed into reverse.
So is the backup camera located in the convenience module? or is there another way to check?
I have the correct setting in the RNS510 for a backup camera with a module.
