Hello

I placed an order on 14th March for a HexNet, I agreed to ship the old interface back first.
The old interfaced was deliveried to yourself on 19th March (using tracking information)
I sent an email on 25th March - asking for an update? - but have not received any reply?

Can you please check into this order as just want to make sure it all ok?

Update: We have searched all returns for the last 2 weeks and find nothing from DG Motors or Toby.

It had the order ref on postage label and copy off order around the old lead.

Royal Mail handed it to the worst possible service in the world - the USPS. No signature. Just declared delivered. Right..

No package at the office.

Now what do we do?

Looks like it was a Saturday morning and they just posted it! After not being able to find the address is a little worrying.

Royal Mail:
"Your item was delivered on 19-03-2022".
That would indeed have been a Saturday. Our office is not open on Saturdays.

USPS:
"Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 11:03 am on March 19, 2022 in LANSDALE, PA 19446."
Our office does not have a mailbox either.

I've had this happen to me / personally. Check for other addresses in the area that are close to RT's (if possible) "mailbox is a clue" (maybe, as USPS descriptors are not always literal. Also, if you go into a branch USPS, they can scan the tracking number and get more detail(s) : like who delivered it and where it may have been dropped off ; that is, they will talk to the delivery person. I think it is worth a try (don't wait for them).

Ive tried to speak to royal mail but you have to leave at least 10 days after the expected delivery date.

So posted on 14 March - Expected 24 March so wont do anything until the 4th April

I came in this morning and found shipping notication for the new unit so was guessing it had been found.
