Fuelpump relay

hi

i have a 2006 touareg 3.6 V6 and the fuelpump relay make problems. i change the relay already but have still the same problem. follow problem show up. if i make the ignition on relay dont klick and on the pump is no 12V. if i open the relay and make it manually i have 12V on the pump and pump runs. if i hook up the new relay i have the same. so i think it is the trigger wire from the ignition lock. now the question which pin is the trigger line

the relay had the number 404 and had 5 pins

no1 and No 2 goes on the resistor in the relay (Pin 1 color code green/blue thin cable Pin 2 color code red thin cable)

no 3 is 12V power (color code red thick cable)

no 4 is not connected

no 5 is 12V to pump (color code red/black thick cable)

on pin 1 and 3 i have 12V on pin 3 is no power self if i press the relay manually.on pin 5 i have 12V if i press the relay manually.

ich got the wire diagram.

i have 12V on Pin 1 and 3
Pin 2 goes from the Relay to on board network J13 and from there to the ECU Pin 37 there i have no voltage there. (should be there not 5V out going?)
Pin 5 is the Power line to the Pump by ignition on or starting i dont have 12V (relay is new)
Pin 4 is the switch is not connected.
