VCDS interface not found - can't connect usb with pc

- Are we talking about the HEX+CAN you've had since 2016 or a different interface?

- Open Device Manager and observe it. Plug in interface. Does anything happen at all? Unplug interface. Does anything happen?

- yes it is HEX+CAN from 2016, worked very well 8 years and today stopped working
- I already done check in device manager, there is no usb port for vcds

No, nothing happen.

Before deeming this to be a failed interface - which it very well may be - have you tried another computer to see if it shows up in the device manager? I think it would be good to make sure it does not enumerate on two pcs before we deem it dead!

Yes, tried now on third computer but with no usb signal.
