Hello Guys, this is my first post on this forum and was hoping for some help.

I have replaced the pressure sensor called G450, the one connected to the DPF. The dealership told me that the sensor needed to be adapted, so then the search for excact instructions started.

I found these instructions
Select engine (01)
Login or coding 11
Type 30605 in the box and login.

But i get a error message when i hit activate, says that is not a valid command and that i need to turn of my ignition before i try another code. I was hoping you guys know a alternative.

Here is my autoscan:
Code:
Chassis Type: 4F (4L0)
Scan: 01 02 03 05 07 08 09 0E 15 16 17 19 34 37 42 46 47 4F 52 53

Have You made complete autoscan before You started to replace parts of this car? Why do You think G450 was defective?
P.S. Several TDI engines have different procedures for DPF regeneration, G450 adaption etc. In Ross-Tech Wiki only couple of those are covered. First of all You should check have You got the latest version of VCDS. We can't see what version You use, as You have posted only some part, not complete autoscan.

His version is current. :)

Looks like he did an Auto-Scan but truncated it after the Engine. :(

On this engine, I believe a new G450 would be introduced to the ECU by storing the value 0001 into Adaptation channel 083.

- Uwe is spot on, ;) Adaptation Channel [083] is for the "Differential Pressure Sensor (G450) Zero Compensation"

Use this channel when replacing the G450, prior to the reset but make a note of the Measuring Value Block group [102] field (3), this will be the current 'offset' value and this should change after the reset is performed.

- Important to note:

... after the new Value [00001] has been saved and the Zero Compensation has been initiated, you will need to cycle the Ignition OFF and wait ~10 Seconds before switching it back ON.

Confirm the Adaptation in the MVB-102.
