Thanks. That certainly should not be. Unless Shaun has any ideas what's going on here on Monday, we'll probably swap out your interface so we can try to figure out why that's in a state it should never be in.

Im sending my hexnet back to be corrected

On a properly working hexnet i should be able to just tap the red button to go between ap mode and infrastrucure mode is that correct?

I don't think it's going to be "corrected". It should be swapped out for a new one because we really want to see and understand what happened with yours.
