Can't get my phone to pair with the Passat as I believe all 4 users are taken up already.
Also I don't have access to the previous phones currently paired to the vehicle to un pair them.
Have tried disconnecting the telephone module as advised by VW , the last attempt was for 12 hrs but it still retains its memory and tries to connect to the previous owners phone.
