Dear tech Support,
I need help with my tour 2011 that I bought from the US and shipped to Saudi Arabia where I am now. I have three issues with it.
1. the navigation data base is for north America only. I tried the local dealer in Saudi, Bahrain and the UAE but they all refer me bach to a tech center in Saudi.
I tried contacting Germany and again they forward my email back to Saudi tech center which they answered me that they CAN NOT do it and the reason is that I have Siyros Radio. and that they have to do a major retrofit that they don’t grantee it will work.
2. the AM radio tuning last digit will not change so i can only change say 1000 kHz to 1010 1020 but I can’t change to say 1011 or 1021 the last digit is not active.
3. FM radio tuning is also change in ten’s Mhz and not on less which should be.
so I think the coding needs to be changes on those but I could not do it with VCD.
the satellite radio Siyros which is installed in my car. I really don’t care about sense it is not available in Saudi, I am not willing to pay for it. so I don’t really mind if it is stopped.
4. the GCC tourag version the video works in the enffoiment screen mine dose not work from DVD or USB or Blue tooth.
So, please can you help me with these things above. I am attaching a new scan log I have done yesterday. and willing to send more data as requested from the technical team.
