2001 allroad air suspension

The bags are completely down on this parts car. The only thing wrong with the car is that the timing belt broke and ruined the engine. I would like to inflate the bags to make it easy to roll the car around, but note that repair/inflation/adjusting procedures for the bags say to have the engine running! Is there a work-around for this situation?

This is the last one I have for the system.

I had reset fault codes first and then tried to run the system.

The compressor tried to run momentarily, but stopped immediately.

This is not an auto-scan..........no fun tickets = no help.

Fix the issues hook up battery charger, or pull the line, add Schrader...... and blow into it to raise the car.
