Cannot update HEX firmware

I have tried the firmware update on 2 different computers and it keeps saying timed out. I
see everyone is having this issue .has anyone gotten any actual fix for this firmware update?

Speedy, based on what I'm seeing on the server with yours, I'm thinking we should issue you an RMA, have you send it in, and let us beat it into submission before we return it to you.
