Have done an auto scan of my Audi A3 54 plate and come up with some issues. how do I resolve (if its possible)

Why have I been put here?? I brought my lead off of someone who gave me all the software etc, they told me it was legitimate. How do I know if its pirated? also are you able to offer me any support with my queries?

Anyone who supplies English VCDS on a CD is almost certainly selling illegally copied and hacked software and cables.
