P2015 AUDI A4

Hello,
I have the default P2015 on an audi A4 8K2 2.0 TDi 16V FAP 143 cv
I changed the engine of the intake manifold flaps and I also added the aluminum stopper. I still have the engine fault light on after a few kilometers.
Do you have to adapt with VCDS?
