With my hex can usb I never registered it, so just thought this would be the same, but thanks again for the help.
It's always been the case that if you contacted Ross-Tech support they would need you to be registered before answering technical questions.
This meant a lot of the time the actual support would have to be delayed until the user had submitted a registration request.
With the new generation interfaces they 'encourage' you to register before you ever need support, so the support process itself becomes more efficient
