Hex- V2

Hello,

I am thinking of buying a VAG-COM cable for my Audi A8L 2013, D4 3.0 Quattro. On your support page http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/Diagnostic_Procedures#Audi my model, Audi A8/S8 (4H) 2010+, is listed but is greyed out and not selectable. Can you advise what this means please – is the tool fully functional for my model.

I believe the greyed out link means Ross-Tech are aware of the model and the vehicle is supported, but there are no documented procedures for it in the Wiki to link to.

Correct. A HEX-V2 will work fine. It will access all the modules in the car. However, due to the rarity of A8s, we don't have as much documentation for them as we do for the more common models.
