Fault Codes 02895 & 02897 for 2013 Audi S5 Please Help!
Hi everyone! Just got my first Ross-Tech VCDS earlier this week. I bought this VCDS because i'm hoping it could help me fix fault codes 02895 & 02897. My mechanic was messing around in my headlight setting because I had a different fault code, at the time, and he some how change some settings some how. I know most people thinks it was the DRL Modules, but I replaced both of them and i'm still getting those 2 fault codes. However after playing around with my mechanics Autel for a couple hours, I believe it is not a hardware issue, it is more like software/setting issue. I concluded that the only reason why i'm getting these 2 fault codes is because when my head lights are on, the LED DRL doesn't dim and light up anymore. Keep in mind my DRL aren't defective, they work perfectly during the day. I notice I only get these fault codes only when my low beam head lights are on.
So my question is, does anyone know if Ross-Tech VCS actually has an option to turn on the DRL dim when low beam is on? Thank you in advance for any help you could provide. I have a 2013 Audi S5.
UPDATE 5-25-2019
I went through all the long code bits in the central electronics, and none of them has an option to turn on DRL with Low Beam. However there was one that allows you to turn on DRL with High Beam, but that didn't do anything that I noticed..
Here is the AutoScan Log I saved right after I finished installing and setting up the software on my laptop. Please note this Autoscan log is after I got the 2 fault codes. I do not have my original autoscan log given this is the first VCDS I ever bought. Thank you again for anyone who can help!
