Yes, it is the harness,I was cleaning the green stuff(btw. how can coolant get there, this harness is almost by windshield wipers.. 🤔, maybe it's not the coolant but windshield fluid) before happened. I took it apart again clean some more, now AC works, but breaking guard doesn't. I have to check some more, especially the plug on the transmission that also gets wet.
I already swap the after run coolant pump because of the same problem.

I am having a similar problem (2014 Audi A6) - No AC and no N280 activation. I can activate the N280 using the Output Test procedure (as long as the vehicle is off) and it seems to work fine (about .64A at 61%). I just replaced my G395 with a 4H0959126B version (Genuine VW). MVB 023 in Central Electric says around 7.5 bar when off and around 32 bar when running. I also just evac'd and charged the system to 16 ounces (couldn't get to 20oz without N280 working).

7.5 bar (109 PSI) sounds slightly high for a system at rest but 32 bar (464 psi) is extremely high. If that's accurate I suspect something is gonna blow-off. I would (cautiously) check that with a gauge set.

The next time you start it I would also take a look at these in address 08:
[*IDE01419*] Compressor shut-off condition: last​
[*IDE01420*],Compressor shut-off requirement: penultimate​
[*IDE01421*] Compressor shut-off requirement: antepenultimate​

It would be interesting to see if high pressure events are mentioned as the reason for the shut-down.

If the pressure is truly that high I would want to check the 17-Pin Connector -T17a (white connector) in the E-Box and monitor incandescent light bulb activity at the N280 connector per Peter's tip here:

I learned about Advanced Measuring Values in HVAC (very helpful)

IDE01419 to 1421 all say: Compressor active: no shut-off condition is present.
IDE01272 "High pressure events in current driving cycle" does have a value = 1

yet

IDE01473 "Refrigerant pressure sensor status" = OK

Could the HVAC controller disable N280 because of the High Pressure event and yet not set a shutoff condition?

If its at 32bar while running it could be over filled. Normally the pressure when running should be half that. Unless the wiring to the switch is no good giving a false reading or the switch is no good or incorrect part number. 32bar is the max reading pressure for g395 so it looks like its pinned. Such a high pressure will keep ac from coming on.

Sidenote when posting logs do not post the print version, it makes it very difficult to scroll through it all.

You were correct! I tried two more sensors. Ended up with a 126B non-oem sensor the read a value of 12.4 bar when running and the AC started blowing cold. The entire time my gauges never got over 155 (high side) so I was sure that I wasn't running 32 bar and thus the G395 sensor must be bad. I ended up going thru 4 new sensors to find one that worked.

Old thread.. but since this is where I first landed on my search figured I would add to it in case it saves the next guy a couple hours of google searching like me..

I had a 2012 Audi A8L (4.2L) with essentially the exact issues/codes that EuroX had.

My fix was (it sounds like) the same as Edoboss. Here is the link to the wiki page that finally nailed down the exact issue I was having..

The photos attached in that link were extremely helpful (the pin connector/harness in the pictures is under the plastic cowl just beneath the windshield wipers like Edoboss said).

In my case it was two wires/pins that were damaged beyond just cleaning the pins on the connecter. I ended up pulling both the wires out of the male and female ends of the pin connecter, cutting the ends off and splicing new wire to connect them (bypassing the pin connecter for those two wires completely). I used heat shrink to hopefully waterproof the connections as much as possible. A/C works like a charm now.
