Hello all,

Recently I've been pulling two codes with every auto scan on my 2014 CC. Code "2103041 - Control Module" has always shown up, but the "13637376 - Mobile Online Services " started popping up all of the sudden. Both are pretty low priority, so I'm not all that concerned. I'm just interested in what they mean.

"Control Module - Start Prohibition Deactivated" is normal in these Telematics modules. Every single one of them has it.

FWIW, "Fault Priority: 8" means it is just a "General Note", and not really a fault. See:

I'm not sure what the other code is all about.

I knew that 8 was lowest priority but I didn't realize it was only a "General Note."

I assumed that the other code had something to do with Car-Net service, which I have never subscribed to.. I just found it odd that it just suddenly started showing up.

Yes, that whole module is for CarNet, and sadly, VW has made it a PITA to just disconnect and remove the module for those of us who do not wish to be tracked. It can be done though...
