Audi A4 2013 steering defective fault no ignition car is dead

hi all i have audi a4 B8.5 2013 1.8t manual when i insert the key in the key slot the ignition does NOT come on but instead i get a message on the screen " STEERING DEFECTIVE! DO NOT DRIVE VEHICLE! the car is completly dead!!!! i have the feeling that it might be the steering lock but not sure

if any body knows what might be the fault or had the same fault before please share

no ignition i cant communicate with most control units i switched the lights and the hazarts ON but its only central electric and BCM and some other control unit that i can establish comunucation with and they dont any have faults

Even the partial scan you can complete could be useful, so please post it.
