The numbers look OK to me, pretty much sitting still.

Intermittent.... so how quickly does this code come back after you clear DTCs?
Are you able to do the Basic Settings for the sensor?

[Select]
[03 - Brake Electronics]
[Security Access - 16]
Enter 40168, to enable the basic setting.
[Do it!]
[Basic Settings - 04]
Group 063
[Go!]
You may need to click [On/Off/Next]
After a successful basic setting, you should see an "OK" type message
[Done, Go Back]

Basic settings is done.
The one time you will drive 500m ant then the error comes up, the next time 2km then error and then i drove 10km longing and no error?

It looks like this type of ABS system has the sensors with the ABS electronics as a single unit. Normally one would check the connectors at the sensor(s) and test out the wiring, if all good, start with replacing the sensor(s), but that doesn't look to be the case here.

I suspect that you may end up having to replace the ABS unit itself, that would be part number 6R0-907-375-BE.

On that note, if you need to replace that ESP8.2i front ABS module please let us know if you have time to run some testing. Based on a similar vehicle / ABS module we suspect this module type may not accept coding without a special procedure.

If you have access to that car on a regular basis and don't mind testing, please see if SA 09892 is accepted and if so, try to copy and paste the existing coding into that module to see if it rejects -or- accepts with the original module installed and coded properly. Any feedback you happen to have would be appreciated so we can try to figure out why a handful of individuals in our in forum over the years could not code replacements with VCDS and ended up at the dealer for online SVM coding.
