A4 B8 Remote adaptation

Hi

Can VCDS Adapt remote to 2008 Audi A4 B8?

It is cars original key but won't unlock doors. Light on key working when pressed.

Only have the 1 key.

Audi B8 use Hitag transponders not ID48, so the remote is learned automatically when transponder is learned.
If you have non working remote i would suggest to find related trouble codes with vcds.

I understand that unlock and lock is not working.
I suggest checking if your comfort module received your remote key signal.
->when you enter 46-Central Conv - in the Measure blocks you can check if module receiving command from key.
In my audi car I had similar issue because quartz resonator on the remote didn't work.

Dużo tych kluczy ulegało uszkodzeniu.
Mimo tego,że klucz nadawał sygnał i na testerze było to widać.
Wymieniałem też moduły komfortu ale bezskutecznie .
Problem tkwi w kluczu.
Poszukaj od kogoś o identycznych numerach i będzie 100% jasne (oczywiście sprawdź czy działa u kogoś w aucie)
Zajmuję się kluczami i akurat mam sprawdzone działające.
