To recode the lighting config, you need someone either VCP or dealer tools to check and correct the lighting config.
Have you got a drop in HID kit fitted?
I only ask as Module 9, byte 14, bit 3 appears to be checked which I wouldn't expect. The BCM uses the same output pins for controlling the bi-xenon shutter which are connected to the LED DRL on a MK2 FL vRS. I would try unchecking that and see if it helps...

PR-7K3/7K4/7K5 are direct TPMS systems.
You almost certainly have PR-7K6/7K9 which is indirect and doesn't need byte 8, bit 8 checking.
When I last had a TPMS warning on my Octavia, it had dropped to 25 psi from 34 psi when the light came on.

I just got off the phone to the dealer and its going in for warranty to have the lights re'done. I take it they have software that can do it?

Skoda UK or a Skoda dealer? Dealers are not Skoda, they are franchises.
It would be very unusual for Skoda UK to get directly involved with a 6 year old car.
I'm not sure who they are I took the car to the dealer I got it from and they sent me round to a Skoda dealerships that has a workshop. They called me yesterday afternoon and said the control module was faulty and they were waiting for the Warranty company to authorise a replacement part

So you bought the car from a non-Skoda dealer - which means the warranty will be from a third party warranty company, and Skoda UK are not involved.
It's a small point, but it's important to understand the difference between a Manufacturer (Skoda Auto a.s.), an importer (Skoda UK), a franchised dealer and a non-franchised car seller.

So are you saying that Caffyns Skoda Ashford don't have a workshop? If they do, they why did they send you to another Skoda dealer?
It sounds to me like you are being given the "runaround"... which isn't uncommon with UK Skoda dealers as their product knowledge is, in most but not all cases, very poor to non-existent.
No that's who I brought it from but from the showroom round the other side. I didn't know the side I took the car back to was even there haha. I'll find out wed what's going on. It went in for a wobble at 70mph plus and oil around the turbo

Sounds like you're not having much luck - DRL problems, TPMS problems - and now a wobble plus oil round the turbo.
Tell me about it but the tpms might be ok someone else said they lost almost 10 psi be for it went off I never lost that much. I'm hoping they've found the other problems though
