Firmware update trouble

I previously had 2 vins registered to my hex- net now it is showing none
I havent updated this in the 2 years i have had it
I am showing CB .4123
I have followed the instructions in various threads but it wont update
When i try to configure wifi it wont connect there fore i am not getting a valid ip
Can anyone help guide me in the right direction?

I am running vcds 17.1.3 and I have tried deleting and downloading again.
I also have the latest Java update

*****lesson****** after hours of scratching my head my wife walks down and tells me I have been using the wrong wifi password. sure enough that was it, thank you anyway.

Moving to HEX-NET Beta support (since that's clearly an early Beta unit).

If continues to give you trouble, let us know. Worst case, we'll give you an RMA to send it in, update it for you, and send it back.

It looks like that might be my best option, I couldn't get the download to work, it would pause at 3%.

Is the address we originally shipped it to still good? House number 95, Zip code ending in 360? I have to confirm that for an RMA. If you need to correct it, feel free to PM me or e-mail Support.
