Ownership transfer for HEX+CAN

Hey all,

I recently (month and a bit ago) acquired a HEX+CAN dongle second hand. I am wanting to transfer ownership of this from its previous owner to myself. I know this says I can transfer ownership of a second hand dongle, but just wanted to make sure the process was the same for HEX+CAN dongle as it is for the HEX+V2 dongle?

Sorry if this has been asked/answered multiple times, still getting a hang of the forum layout

Yes, that works for both legacy interfaces like your HEX+CAN and current ones like a HEX-V2.

Hey, I got the ownership transfer and submitted a new request to be made a full user, but I've not heard back in a couple of weeks. Did I submit something wrong etc?

Nope, our fault. Not sure exactly how that ball got dropped. Fixed!
