Auto Scan deleted radio, what now?

First time using on 2024 VW SEL Jetta with upgraded radio option.
Ran Auto Scan, radio came on during Auto Scan, then OFF
Radio does not come ON again, start/stop, ect NO radio.

Have the Scan file, do not see an attachment link??

I think I would do an Update on the VCDS software:

+1. Version 22.9 is not suitable for a MY 2024 car, although somewhat confusingly, the VIN indicates this is a MY 2022?

I suspect you grabbed the incorrect scan out of your VCDS folder. So, if you already have VCDS 23.11 installed check this location for the newest saved scan:

C:\Ross-Tech\VCDS\Scans

First thing I did was to update to latest software. It's a new car (2024) so first time connecting to VCDS, so now I'm at 3/3 so last time VCDS can be used.
Did the auto scan and said SAVE, now where does software put that file???

Have found old scans from the 2022 car which are stored on "Desktop" (poor spot), but unable to find the new "Log-....." which was done yesterday.
YES that Auto Scan is not the correct one. Will try again later today.
OH ! Radio is now working after car sleep overnight.

Did the auto scan and said SAVE, now where does software put that file???

"C drive" , VCDS scans folder . Do a search on your system.

The [Save] button saves your results to a file in your VCDS\Logs directory like this: Scan-WVW487CD4NW186292-20220610-1101-175km-108mi-2.txt

So all is good now, the file was in C >Ross-Tech >VCDS >Logs
named "Log-G161-3VW....."
The email notification is also working just fine now.
