Q7 supplemental heater MMI menu help

Hi,

I have sourced and installed a supplemental (webasto ) heater to our 2011 Q7 TDI. I followed the install as per instructions on a great post in audiworld and this gave me the confidence to do it.. All has gone well with the exception of being able to access Controlling the unit via the MMI menu.
I completed the coding changes as per this link:

However i only have 3 options under the AC menu. They are:
Auto recirculation ON/OFF
Synchronization ON/OFF
Suppl heater AUTO/OFF

I can communicate with the webasto under 18 Aux heater and can perform output tests. The only code present is component protection which i plan to get removed by the dealer once i complete the install and can access the control menu.
However i have no options under the basic settings tab which i believe there should be in terms of line fill etc??
(i cannot physically run the unit yet as i am waiting on a fuel fitting to connect it to the fuel tank but everything else is wired and connected)

On another post to enable the menu i read to add 2048 to my coding in 08 HVAC. My current coding is 0018A036, when i enter 0018A2084 it gets rejected. Should i enter it as 2066A036?? instead.
Im not confident in the coding side and do not want to cause issues entering codes i dont understand so i thought to ask for assistance first.

I can supply more information if needed but like i say this coding stuff is lost on me.

Sounds like you need to get Component Protection removed as the first step, IMHO it's possible that not all coding/adaptation options are enabled with CP active.

I am looking into getting the component protection removed by the dealer next week.
I still thought the menu would be displayed but it would just not run the webasto.
