I check cylinder compression, replace new spark with coil packs.
replace fuel pump and replace injection i dont know why is this problem ?

Yes I replace also 1 piston number1 piston
and now i dont have problem with cylinder 1 but with 2,3,4 when i press gas full for 2min gas drop and confirm this fault .

Than injectors or valves have issues maybe of FOD from oil PSI being to low or high, maybe a volume issue too or intake air leaks that are yet to be found or in PCV or exhaust restriction?

Yes i drop engine with gearbox and later i remove gearbox and open engine inside and replace piston

I suggest you check/replace the "sealing flange with sealing ring and impulse rotor".

Before you do the aforementioned for the G28 suggested be sure to check the shield is adequate and wires are functional to ECU with proper attenuation!

This may sound crazy but did you clear 01-Engine faults 3 to 5 times in a row? To be clear you would connect to 01, clear codes, Yes, repeat several times.

VW had a bulletin related to misfires for NAR vehicles year ago. Based on memory it stated misfires can occur even after a replacement engine due to data in the ECM. That particular procedure has resolved unexplainable misfires for several of our callers after internal mechanical engine repairs.
