Starting December 1, 2016, we will only be supplying one free certificate per ODIS ORG ID subscription. If you are using more than one diagnostic laptop, please contact techinfo@vw.com so we can walk you through the process to ensure that there is no interruption in your service.
Security certificates for additional laptops under the same ORG ID will still be available for a charge of $500 each. Directions for obtaining additional certificates are posted on the erWin website under Vehicle Diagnostics, Step 2. If you do not need the additional certificates, please let us know which hardward ID you would like to remain "active". You may do this by sending an email to techinfo@vw.com or techinfo@audi.com with your site ID and selected hardware ID. Any specific issues with this process can be addressed via email to techinfo@vw.com or techinfo@audi.com.
