VCDS First Scan No K Line?

Hi all, I am a new user and new to this forum. I have done my first scan and I have noticed a number of modules missing from the report. I am trying to change stereo settings but VCDS can't connect to the module.

Below is my full scan and I have also run it with CAN only and get the same result. So I am assuming no K Line connection as that's what the radio uses?

It is worth noting I get the same result on both our cars, B7 A4 and B7 S4 yet the initial connection test appears ok

K1:OK
K2:OK
CAN:OK

As expected... The software and interface you have is pirated. I recommend contacting the seller and request a refund.
