Hi I bought a new old golf 7 for a week ago
I went into the mey on the player scrolling to the interior light to adjust the interior light. That's how the strip suffered on their doors and over the glove compartment. When I adjusted the light, the light ceased to be the light between the airbag and the glove compartment. Any small wheat how I can get it back or is it defective maybe?:confused:

Hi

I think (I might be wrong) you are referring to adjusting the interior lights on the dash maybe??
You've wrote LED lights - this is not standard on the entire Golf & range, therefore you need to establish if these are LED bulb replacements or factory fit. Secondly, if the door cards have lighting strips on them then these are normally only found on a GTD, GTI and R, thus could be a retrofit and a fix would depend on how it's wired.

Or simply you could've blown a fuse??

It is true that I adjust the lights adjusting the interior lights on the das. Then it blinked a little and then it was gone.

This is original on this car it has it on its doors too. But if the fuse is gone, then shouldn't the strip in the door stop working even when threatened?
But should look at the fuses tonight. The light worked before I adjusted the brightness

^^^ by all means, check the fuses - but since the BCM in OP's auto-scan is clean (other than the remote key DTC), it's unlikely that this problem is a power supply issue (I reckon).

I empathize with non-english speaking forum members - it must be really difficult to describe with clarity the nature of faults (I think about how I would do this in Norwegian - and can imagine the mess that I would make of the exercise when read by a native from Norway).

So - I'm guessing (and my apology to cleo if I'm mistaken) that you tried to adjust the internal background lighting setting using the "slider" that appears on the MiB screen- like this:
