Purchase of the repair and servicing information flat rate on the erwin site

Hi All

Whilst i wait for my vcds cable to arrive tomorrow i thought i would get all the repair and service manuals for my car
so i headed over to erwin to pay fo an hours worth of downloading rights.

Now, it wouldn't accept my credit card details! it kept saying credit card data incorrect, I checked this several times
and re inputted the info to no avail.
I tried someone elses credit card but still wouldn't work! The same error message came up

Has anyone had similar issues, and how did you overcome this?

never happened to me, used erWin at least 3/4 times. try a different web browser.

I used Internet Explorer as specified, with windows 10

Adobe Acrobat Reader (to open PDF documents)
Operating system: Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10
Web browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer 9 - 11 (other web browsers are not compatible)

I used Chrome for sure, maybe also Safari. maybe the platform is under maintenance? try waiting like 12 hours at least. in the meanwhile, flush your internet cache.
