VW Golf MK7 TDI Faster Warm-up Phase (BlueMotion)

I'm looking to shorten the warm-up period in my 2015 VW Golf TDI. I read that the BlueMotion version that's available in Europe has a shorter warm-up phase. I assume that can be done via coding. I can get to work sometimes without the engine getting up to temp and I know that means I'm not getting the best mileage I could. Doe's anyone know how to do this?

what you need is an Auxiliary or Parking heater

I have one but it's not super cold where I live. I've just been putting it in sport mode to start.
