Windshield Backorder - 2 Months for a 2018 Q7???

We seem to go through windshields in Phoenix pretty fast due to the rocks that are everywhere. The glass is shattered and I'm without a car.

It seems that they are all backordered 2+ months and aftermarket glass doesn't exist yet. What do you do? Not drive for 2 months?

if its on backorder its on backorder, nothing you can do. they mustn't be expecting to replace any thats why they aren't a stock item

It’s on perpetual backorder, this is the third replacement and each has taken 3 months to come in.
