Thank you m87a, byte 2 bit 3-6 ( version 6 or version 8 ) both has the R logo , I chose version 8.

For the 320 it’s already done.

My dealer ordered a new 5F module (ROW) so I can fit the facelift 9” display.

Lesson learned: when you order a used MIB ( make sure about region) , also make sure the map data inside include your country.
Otherwise you will end up without navigation.

Note: you can go the “hacked unit rout” but for me I would like it to be done by official dealer to avoid any hassle in the future (like firmware updating possibilities , updating maps , coding when the dealer attempts to do anything with the car .. etc)

would you mind sharing your coding of your new MIB2 unit and channel map adaptiations ?
