Can I program additional keyless fob with vcds?

Hi, I just bought (at a very good price) a 2015 golf mk7 GTD it runs fine, smokes a bit and has issues with ESC,autohold, tyre pressure monitor and instrument cluster, I thought may be all connected to steering module/ angle sensor. Any pointers anyone? Thanks...

On my 2010 B8 estate several faults seemed to appear at the same time, need to press the clutch pedal twice to start the car, the gear recommendation display has disappeared (it is turned on) and the handbrake does not automatically release any more ,don't have hill assist, the handbrake works...
